Flow Putt ("the App") is developed and published by Logical Appeals, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles — or, more precisely, does not collect — your information.

Information We Do Not Collect

Flow Putt is designed as a fully offline application. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information, usage data, or any other data from you. Specifically:

• We do not collect personal information (name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information).
• We do not require account creation or login of any kind.
• We do not collect or transmit EEG data, brain activity data, or biometric data to any server.
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs or frameworks.
• We do not collect device identifiers, hardware information, or usage statistics.
• We do not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or similar tracking technologies.
• We do not collect location data (GPS, IP-based, or otherwise).
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or any other device resources beyond Bluetooth.

Data Storage

All data generated during your use of the App — including calibration baselines, session data, readiness scores, settings, and session history — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage mechanisms provided by the operating system. This data never leaves your device. We have no ability to access, view, or retrieve this data. The data is not backed up to any cloud service by the App itself. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

Bluetooth Usage

The App uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with your Muse 2 or Muse S (Athena) EEG headband. This connection is used solely for receiving real-time EEG sensor data from the headband during active sessions. The Bluetooth connection is a direct, point-to-point connection between your mobile device and the headband. No data from this connection is relayed, forwarded, or transmitted to any external server, third party, or other device.

Offline Operation

Flow Putt operates entirely offline. The App does not require, request, or use an internet connection at any time during its operation. No network requests are made by the App. The App does not communicate with any remote servers.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services including but not limited to: analytics platforms, advertising networks, crash reporting services, A/B testing tools, social media SDKs, or any other data collection services. There are no third-party SDKs or libraries in the App that collect, transmit, or process user data.

Purchases and Monetization

The App is available as a one-time purchase. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium tiers, advertisements, or any other additional monetization mechanisms. All features and future updates are included with the initial purchase.

Children's Privacy

Because the App does not collect any data from any user, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA) or under any applicable age threshold established by local law (e.g., GDPR's age of digital consent).

Data Security

Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of data breach, unauthorized access, or loss of personal information on our end. The data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms (device passcode, biometric authentication, encryption, etc.).

Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, and others), you may have rights regarding your personal data. Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no data for us to provide, correct, delete, or restrict. All data remains exclusively under your control on your device.

International Users

Since no data is transmitted from the App, there are no cross-border data transfers. The App can be used anywhere in the world without any data leaving your device.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
